Return Policy

In order to ensure your total satisfaction, you may return Mangará products in accordance with the policy set forth below. Returns that do not comply with these conditions and timeframes may be rejected.

Return Process

We accept returns of products purchased on our website within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be sent to:

Please keep proof of your return shipment. Mangará accepts no liability if you cannot provide proof of postage or if your package is lost in transit. Only items received by our Returns Department will be eligible for a refund.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Original tags still attached

  • Not worn, altered, or washed

  • Footwear must show no signs of wear and be returned in original packaging

Upon receiving your return, Mangará reserves the right to deny a refund if the item does not meet the above conditions.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where a defective product was delivered.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for items that meet all return conditions listed above. To request an exchange:

  • Follow the return process described above

  • Pack your items securely

  • Indicate which item(s) you would like in exchange

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and may only be made for items of equal or greater value.
